Vcc and Ground

$V_{cc}$ = The highest voltage within a circuit. Ground = 0V.

Gives a reference to a point within a circuit. If a wire is connected to $V_{cc}$, then it will have the highest voltage possible within the circuit; if it’s connected to ground, the voltage is 0V.
